Refund Policy
When you can get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes.
Last updated · 30 August 2026
We would rather give you your money back than keep you on something that is not working for you. This policy covers the software products sold under the Geniora Solutions name.
1. The standard window
If you are not happy with a new subscription, tell us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request. This applies to the first payment on a new subscription, for each product, once per customer.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically, and we send a reminder before an annual renewal is taken. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date and you will not be charged again. If a renewal catches you by surprise and you have not meaningfully used the product in that new period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will normally refund it.
3. What is not usually refundable
- Usage-based credits or allowances that have already been consumed, since the underlying cost has already been incurred.
- Subscription periods that have already been substantially used, beyond the windows described above.
- Custom development, consulting and other professional services, which are governed by the signed quotation or statement of work rather than by this policy.
- Accounts terminated for a serious breach of our Terms of Service.
These are defaults rather than absolutes. If your situation is unusual, tell us what happened and we will look at it properly.
4. Product-specific policies
Individual products may publish their own refund terms, for example a longer trial or a different treatment of credits. Where they do, those terms apply to that product and this policy covers everything else. A product's terms will never give you less than the law where you live requires.
5. Service failures
If a product is materially broken or unavailable for a sustained period and we cannot fix it in reasonable time, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period, whether or not the standard window has passed. If we discontinue a paid product, we refund any period you have paid for but will not receive.
6. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on the account, or reply to the receipt for your purchase.
- Include the product name and the order or invoice number from your receipt.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong. It is optional inside the standard window, but it helps us fix things.
- We acknowledge within one business day and decide within three.
7. How long it takes
Once approved, the payment provider issues the refund to your original payment method. It typically reaches you in 5 to 10 business days, though the exact timing depends on the provider and on your bank or card issuer. You will receive confirmation when it is sent.
8. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback is slower for you than a refund from us, and it usually results in the account being suspended while the dispute is investigated. We have not yet met a billing problem we could not sort out by email.
9. Escalation
Geniora Solutions is the parent brand behind every product, and it is the backstop when a product or its payment provider cannot resolve something. If you are unhappy with a refund decision, email [email protected] and ask for it to be escalated. Taha Gulbadan reviews escalations personally and responds within five business days. You can also raise the matter with the payment provider named on your receipt, and nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
